Born to be a teacher, Dorina Tănăsescu had a major contribution in setting up the animation section at the Faculty of Drama, "I.L. Caragiale" National University of Theater and Cinema, Bucharest. As a teacher she had developed an innovating teaching technique regarding the relationship between actor and the puppetry.
